I love to dance – my motivation is to help people of all ages love it too!
As a child I took dance lessons in Ballroom, Latin, Ballet and Modern. During a holiday in Miami I experienced Salsa for the first time and fell in love with it. On my return I took Salsa lessons at ‘Mambo City’ in London. Since then I have taught salsa for ‘TLC’ and ‘Latino Beat’. I have also taught other dance styles including Jive, Bachata, Salsa On2 and Zumba at various different locations. I’m currently teaching Salsa and Bachata for Southampton University. My passions include: Salsa On1, Salsa On2, Cuban Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, Jive, Cha Cha, Lindy Hop and Zumba.

Craig has been teaching Casino (Cuban Salsa) and Rueda de Casino since 2013. His energetic personality makes it easy to learn, while his patience allows his students to progress at their own pace and develop their passion for dance. Initially, Craig learned to dance in Austin, Texas while pursuing his PhD in Engineering. His study of dance continued after graduation, and so far he's danced in seven countries-- including Cuba!
His extensive travel and dance education means that Craig is familiar with many styles of Rueda de Casino, as well as other dances like Cha-cha, Son, Merengue, Bachata, Cross-step Waltz, Lindy Hop, and West-coast Swing. In 2016 SalsaSoc was awarded a Best Energy award for a Rueda performance and that’s what his teaching comes down to, energy and fun. Holding 3 Sassys Craig hopes to continue to spread the enjoyment of Cuban dance in England.
